"The deception detection frameworks in this manual are terrifyingly accurate. I work in HR and deal with vendor contracts and internal disputes all day. After reading the section on the Behavioral Table of Elements, I started noticing the exact micro-physiological shifts Hughes talks about. I literally caught a vendor lying about a supply chain issue last week just by watching their baseline shift when I asked a specific question. Once you see the patterns, you can't unsee them.
